   In this work, using the plasma by sputtering method, thin films of chromium oxide and cobalt oxide are prepared in addition to studying the structural, optical and electrical properties of these films. The prepared thin films are used in applications as a gas sensor with different preparation conditions for several different temperatures, low pressure and electrical power in different quantities and deposited on glass bases as well as on quartz bases, studying the optimal conditions suitable for the work and efficiency of the gas sensor at different operating temperatures and studying the effect of annealing on its structural , optical properties And sensing properties .
