The professors and scientists of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (Dean, professors, and the assistant professors) received the President of the University of Anbar (Prof. Dr. Khalid Battal AlNajim) on Monday, 27/11/2017 in the hall of discussions at the college.

     The President of the University began by welcoming this elite audience and praised their positions.  He explained that this meeting is part of his plan to visit the colleges of the university to view the reality of work, and discuss with them for the purpose of advancing the university and designing its future policy, which includes all scientific, cultural, media, and tactical activities and programs.

     He stressed the need for collective action, calling for attention to studies programs in general and postgraduate studies in particular, working on the accuracy of the study, and focusing on the specific specialization in the doctoral program.

     He listened gratefully to the comments of the professors and their proposals. He asked for a scientific study to prepare for accepting the female students next year when the necessary supplies are available.

     He announced the establishment of the football school in the college, which is supervised by the university to open new horizons to attract and support the sport young, and the openness of the university to the society in this important specialty.

     At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the College (Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Asaad Al-Hitee) on behalf of the college members thanked the President of the University for this important visit and wished him and the University Council success in these exceptional circumstances experienced by the province of Anbar in particular and Iraq in general.
