Design Elements:

·        The outer shape of the square represents the balance and it is necessary for development studies.

·        Na'oor  (in the local accent) expresses what is known in the Upper Euphrates region first and also expresses the growth of human thought to deliver water to the required areas.

·        The relationship between the three colors yellow, blue and green is the colors of water, desert and vegetation.

·        The relationship between the three colors is the relationship of derivation, which is similar to the work of the center, where the adoption of research and derive an idea to develop or solve any problem presented for study.

·        The English letters (U.E.B.D.C) are the abbreviation words of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center.

·        Note that the design maintains its clarity for gray scale as well.
