The Objectives

1-   Taking advantage of all the research potentials aimed at optimizing the natural and human resources of the basin region.

2-   Working to develop the infrastructure of the center to ensure the advancement of the results of scientific research and to serve the community.

3-   Adopting mechanism for cooperation with international and local institutions and organizations in terms of scientific research and strategic partnership to ensure the development of the material and human potential of the center.

4-   Establishing comprehensive database of programs and activities of the center, including hydrological studies, agricultural studies, population-based natural resources, towns and wells for the Upper Euphrates Basin region.

5-   Working to make the center a reference point for all studies related to the Upper Euphrates Basin region.

6-   Holding specialized conferences, seminars and scientific workshops that address the needs of the labor market and contribute to raising awareness of sustainable development in the community.
