The public discussion of Dr. Omar Yaseen Neda, the head of Human Resources department in the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center, has been done for the researches he submitted to the promotions committee in the College of Literature as a part of scientific promotion requirement from “instructor” to “assistant professor” degree. The discussion occurred on Wednesday 11th of May, 2022 at the Hall of second Literature College in the University of Anbar.

The discussion was attended by the Chairman of the Central Promotions Committee at University of Anbar, Prof. Dr. Rasmi Mohammed Hamad Al-Dulaimi, as well as the Chairman of the Promotions Committee at the College of Literature, Prof. Dr. Taha Shaddad Hamad, and in the presence of a group of instructors at the university.
