The subject of sustainable development has captured the world’s attention in the economic and social arena and global development, where development sustainability has become a global school of thought spread in most countries of the developing and industrialized world alike, adopted by popular and official bodies and demanding its application, for which summits, conferences and seminars were held, and in agreement With Iraq’s vision for sustainable development 2030, and after the completion of a database of modern cities, Hit, Ramadi, and through the available data, many phenomena and indicators worthy of research and study have been identified as applied research and theses for master’s and doctoral programs that can have a significant impact in solving many problems, including:

-      Phenomena and indicators of social problems within the disciplines of sociology, educational and psychological sciences.

-      Indicators of some phenomena related to public health within the specialties of the medical group.

-      Indicators of some phenomena related to the environment within the disciplines of environmental sciences.

-      Indicators related to the development of the agricultural sector and animal wealth within the specializations of the colleges of agriculture and the departments of geography in the colleges of literature and education

-      Indicators related to the development of urban planning and sustainable green buildings within the engineering disciplines

-      Indicators related to the labor market, business administration and human development within the disciplines of administration, economics, and geography departments in the colleges of arts and education

-      Indicators regarding water resources and irrigation management within the engineering and agricultural disciplines
