Lecture by the Academic Dr. Atyaf Abdul-Qahar in Al-Anbar Environment Directorate

Al Anbar environment participate in the exuberance of the sons of the Iraq on the occasion of the victories of our armed forces and cleanse its territory from the clutches of hatred and terrorism and remembered sacrifices of our armed forces from all exception titles preceded by sacrifice and redemption, the martyrs of Iraq as to uphold the dignity of the homeland, the engineer Qais Najih, the director of Al Anbar environment offered his congratulations to the Iraqi people, on this occasion, hoping that the safety and security prevail throughout the dear our Iraq.
The ceremony was attended by the Directorate of Science and Technology in Anbar, represented by the Ramadi Division Engineer Abdul Nasser Thabet. The celebration included singing poems that sang with the heroines of our security forces and patriotism. On the sidelines of this celebration, Professor Mustafa Said Ibrahim, Head of the Planning and Follow-up Division of the Environment Directorate of Anbar, delivered a lecture entitled "Optimal Planning in Human Resources Development". And the presence of environmental activist and teaching staff at the University of Anbar, College of Pure Sciences and international trainer, Dr. Atyaf Abdul-Qahar Al-Ani had a great role and honorable in enriching the lecture with target information.
