Vision Jurisprudence (Figih) is one of the important Islamic sciences. It is called halal and haram science, law and rules. Allah the Almighty says" He grants Hikmah to whom He pleases, and he, to whom Hikmah is granted, is indeed granted abundant good . But none remember (will receive admonition) except men of understanding. ") Al Baqra, verse number 269) Some interpreters say that this verse refers to Figih. It was narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: ‘One Faqih is more superior over shaitaan, than a thousand worshippers.’ It was narrated that a man came from the Levant to the caliph Omar may Allah be pleased with him, he said: what did you want, the man replied that he wanted to learn Tashahud. Then Umer (may Allah be pleased with him) wept and said " I hope that Allah would never punish you". From this Hadith it is evident that a single Faqih (Jurist) is more powerful over shaitaan, than a thousand devout worshippers. The reason for this is that due to the knowledge which Almighty Allah has bestowed upon him, and due to his understanding of Islam , he is able to recognise and avoid the traps and the trickery of shaitaan. In reality, he becomes the one who assist others to be protected from the trickery and deception of shaitaan. All praise be to Allah the Al Mighty.
Therefore we to create a Muslim personality characterised by deep understanding of Islamic values. To keep up with cultural and scientific progress by cooperating with other universities and educational institutions to locally and internationally .
