The first axis dealt with cybersecurity, its concept, elements and importance. His goals and motives.
  The second axis: Cyber threats to Iraqi national security.

National security is a value that may increase or decrease depending on the nation’s ability to deter or defeat any attack. As a result of technical development, the national security of any country has become closely related to information and communication technology by virtue of its ability to influence any society, as social media has shortened time and distance, and taken It has an effective and growing influence among most of the peoples of the world, which has made cybersecurity a national security problem and an integral part of the national security system of any country. This problem becomes more dangerous the more the country relies on information technology and its connection to cyberspace, because cyberattacks can It undermines national security. Any technical gap will lead to major losses for the state in its official institutions and for its citizens. These losses do not stop at the material aspect only, but will also directly affect the moral aspect, as it will cause damage to the psyche of citizens and their leaders, as it generates a general conviction of the weakness of the state’s ability to Protecting citizens and institutions, and therefore it can be said that cybersecurity is a necessary national security issue that must be understood carefully and comprehensively
