Administration Unit: * Unit structure: The unit consists of the unit officer + administration officer * Job title: Legal affairs personnel * Certificate: Bachelor of Law + Bachelor of Economics * Position: Unit Officer + Administration Officer * Main tasks: 1.responding to the official letters. 2.Sending the monthly report on faculty and vacant grades. 3.sending the monthly report against corruption and bribery in the college to the university for the purpose of combining and sending to the ministry. 4.Organizing personal files for all members of the college and follow up the renewal of data of the faculty members. 5.unifying the needs of the faculty for the workforce in various jobs. 6.Preserving the personal files by assigning a person in the unit to be responsible for them. 7.Ensuring that all documents are complete and accurate. 8.Maintaining the confidentiality of administrative work. 9.Coordinating with the Identity Unit in the Presidency of University of Anbar for the purpose of issuing permanent identity cards. * Additional tasks: # to do some of the tasks assigned to them by the Deanship such as membership of some committees. * performance skills: 1.Good knowledge of the basics of management. 2.Good knowledge of laws and instructions related to work. 3.Good computer knowledge. 4.Knowledge of the basics of simple public administration. 5.Good knowledge of archiving systems
