The meeting of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences with the Chemistry Department Council

The Honorable Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. ((Abdul Rahman Salman Jumaa)) had met the staff members of the Chemistry Department at the College on Mondaymorning, 28/2/2022. He welcomed the attendees and conveyed the greetings of the president of the university, The Honorable Prof. Dr. (Mushtaq Taleb Al-Nada), to all the teaching staff in the college, appreciating their efforts during the period of the final exams for the first semester, During the meeting, many important things in the college were discussed, finding solutions based on scientific and educational integration and ways to make the educational process successful, in addition to the need to adhere to official working hours, activate the scientific aspect, raise the level of teaching and focus on the knowledge aspect of the student. And how to deal with him and improve the field of scientific research and make use of the college’s facilities in that, as well as encouraging the dissemination of qualitative and applied scientific research in accredited international journals, documenting all activities of departments and teaching staff, and paying attention to standards of quality and classification. His Excellency touched on an important aspect centered on intensive efforts to raise the scientific level of students. Emphasizing that the students are faithful to the neck of every lecturer, whether he is in the chemistry department or in another department of the college. Indicating the different social and technological changes, which led to the emergence of new generations that must be dealt with according to the development taking place at this time. He also emphasized the use of modern methods of teaching.

After listening to the most important obstacles and observations raised by a number of teachers that stand in the way of developing the scientific and practical side of the department, His Excellency made it clear that the Deanship will provide all the necessary requirements appropriate to what was presented and concluded the meeting by giving the Dean his thanks and appreciation to the teaching staff for the efforts employed, wishing everyone good luck and success...
