Pursuant to the directives of the Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nida (President of University of Anbar), includes urging researchers to publish in journals within the containers of Scopus and Clarivate, in addition to working in teams with researchers from Iraqi and foreign institutions. Assistant Prof. Amer Jamil Sharif (Head of the Renewable Energy Technology Department in Renewable Energy Research Center) conducted a scientific article in cooperation with Assistant Prof. Itimad D. J. Azzawi from Faculty of Engineering at the University of Diyala, in the journal “Heat and Mass Transfer”, which is classified within the Scopus and Clarivate Q2 containers in Springer Nature.

The research entitled “Multi-objective numerical optimum design of natural convection in different configurations of concentric horizontal annular pipes using different nanofluids" deals with developing and improving heat transfer in heat exchangers of different shapes to obtain the greatest possible heat transfer. The article included studying six different forms of the concentric ring tubes to know the best possible shape that gives the best heat transfer and after reaching the best shape, the researcher studied the effect of using different nanomaterials in different proportions and compared them with pure water. The researchers reached important results, the most important of which is the final form that can be used, which gives the best heat transfer, as well as the best nanofluid and the best percentage that can be used, which gave a great improvement in heat transfer.
