 Powers of the Director of the Center
 

 

The director of the center exercises the following powers:

1- Supervising the performance at the center and following up the activities of the workers.

2- Distribution of tasks among the employees working in the center.

3- Approval of granting regular leaves, provided that it does not exceed two weeks, and approval of medical leaves.

4- Recommending the approval of regular and medical leaves for more than two weeks, in addition to study leaves.

5- Recommending a penalty for negligent workers.

6- Proposing to direct letters of thanks and appreciation to distinguished and creative workers.

7- Recommending bonuses for promotion and promotion from one degree to another to the Center’s employees.

8- Recommending the appointment, placement, and dispensing with the services of any of the center's employees, in accordance with the laws and instructions in force.

9- Representing the center in scientific and technical conferences and symposia within the scope of its center's competence.

10- The distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the employees of the center, in a way that helps to develop and improve work performance within the staff of the specified center.

11- Recommending the dispatch of the center’s affiliates inside and outside the country.

12- Recommending the granting of various allocations to all workers in the center.

13- Evaluating the performance of the employees at the center and submitting them to the relevant authorities.

14- Appointing a temporary contract for the center’s employees to fill the lack of owners and to ensure the progress of work.

15- Recommending the approval of fixing the center’s employees to their jobs upon completion of the required legal period

16- Signing the correspondence issued in the name of the center.

17- Recommending that the center’s duties be assigned to one of its affiliates in the event that he enjoys regular and sick leave and dispatching.
