   Proceeding from the mission of Anbar University and its belief in the effective role in building a conscious, educated and highly responsible society and providing the university and the community with scientific and technical expertise and competencies, and in support of public and private institutions, the Continuing Education Center was established in 2010 to be a bridge and link for openness to the outside world . Especially in light of the successive developments and the rapid technological progress that we are witnessing today, where it has become necessary for us to use contemporary methods of teaching and keep pace with modern technology and employ it in the establishment of workshops, seminars and scientific conferences. The Continuing Education Center is based in its work on a set of solid and solid foundations that revolve around the trainer, the trainee, and training curricula, Therefore, the center aims to hold scientific and training workshops and comprehensive courses for various scientific and humanitarian disciplines. It is supervised and lectured by qualified professors with a high degree of professionalism and long academic experience from the faculty members in the center and from the various faculties of the university. Especially since this does not preclude the use of various external expertise to add distinction and provide more tributaries of science and knowledgeIn the interest of the center’s management to build a generation of cultured and trained professionally and professionally and fully prepared to assume responsibility in providing the best outputs for various levels. And we believe that the best investment is the investment of minds and benefit from the intellectual and scientific output that contributes to the service of humanity and humanity as a whole. Because the investment of natural resources such as oil, gas, mineral wealth, water sources and others cannot be exploited with the right work without the availability of human resources harnessed to properly manage and benefit from them to achieve the goals of sustainable development. That is why the center’s vision, mission and goals were focused on using the current and previous experiences of lecturers and teachers to train the center’s employees to keep pace with this rapid development and provide the opportunity for training and increase the experiences of its employees. Because there is no longer room to stop and manage tasks without development. The concept of training is no longer a traditional concept limited to attending and organizing traditional training courses and awarding attendance and passing certificates, but rather it has become a continuous process and a strategic choice in the system of investment and human resource development and a fundamental pillar in the success of any institution.
