All successful organizations, institutions and centers depend on an internal focus on their employees by carrying out a systematic performance evaluation process to measure and evaluate performance regularly, as the evaluation process aims in the end to ensure reaching the basic goals of success and to overcome any deviation or distortion by correcting performance paths periodically.

With the help of God Almighty, the performance evaluation program was implemented by the Development Division at the Continuing Education Center - Anbar University, and it was approved to evaluate training courses, assessment tests and educational workshops. The main objective of applying this program is the great concern of the center’s officials to provide the best services to the audience of the trainees in the center or in the rest of the university departments in order to raise the scientific level and push the educational process forward, as well as identify the difficulties and problems facing the trainees and identify areas of weakness and strength in the course training.

A set of carefully selected criteria has been adopted on the basis of which the teacher of the training course or workshop is evaluated, including: the efficiency of the teacher in providing the course in general, clarity of his voice during performance, enthusiasm and activity in performance, the amount of attention to the trainee’s progress during the course, attention and care in answering the questions of the trainees, and finally the amount of the used examples and clarifications when presenting the training material to students. On the other side, the criteria selected for evaluating the training courses, it was based on: the general evaluation of the course and the amount of satisfaction, the evaluation of the content and vocabulary of the course, the organization of the course, and finally the size of the student’s benefit from the provided training course in general.
