On the occasion of your university achievement; Anbar University, first place among Iraqi universities, sixteenth place among Arab universities, forty-third place at the level of universities in the Middle East, and center (343) on international universities in the field of research output within the SCImago University Rankings (SCImago Institution Rankings.
On this occasion, I am pleased to congratulate you my colleagues and research colleagues at Anbar University, and it is my pleasure to present to you in my name personally and on behalf of all the affiliates of Anbar University with deep gratitude and great praise. Our first strategic goal that we seek to achieve, and we will achieve it with the help of God and then with your efforts and the efforts of all the university's employees.
You all have the most expressions of praise, the warmest feelings of gratitude, and the deepest feelings of gratitude.
