Under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Division at the University of Anbar, and within the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women, established an awareness campaign to support women’s rights in order to protect them from violence.
The campaign included the opening of a bazaar and a play that embodies the types of violence against women, and then a video was shown about the pioneers of the Computer College, concluding with the success story of one of the pioneers.
