On Wednesday? 28/2/2024, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized a scientific symposium entitled (The Impact of Drugs and Stimulants on the Individual and Society)
Present at the symposium was Dr. Youssef Abdullah Al-Ani, a specialist in psychological and mental illnesses. He explained the impact of drugs and stimulants and their health risks on the individual and society... as the harms of drug abuse and toxins do not only affect the addict, but rather their effects extend to all of society. He pointed out the most common types of drugs as presented. Recent statistics indicate an increase in forms of addiction and addicts. The symposium was attended by many male and female teachers and college students.
