The Deanship of the College of Education for Women held a scientific workshop presented by Assistant professor. Firas Fadil Ali Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, entitled (How to avoid non-sober journals and publishing houses) addressed important points on the mechanism for selecting scientific journals and how to deal with them in the light of the developments of sober scientific research. It also addressed the topic of predatory journals and ways to avoid the loss of scientific research. The most prominent problems facing researchers in finding the appropriate journals for specialization. At the end of the workshop, a number of recommendations were made.

Checking the conditions of publishing accurately and access to the research published in the journal's previous issues to identify those conditions
