On the basis of the directives of the Honorable President of Anbar University, and with the direct attendance of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Awaid Al-Obaidi, the College of Agriculture held a workshop on Wednesday 2-5-2018 at the headquarters of Al-Baghdadi area entitled " In order to reach the immediate and future solutions to reduce the epidemiological spread of insect Burgos in the western regions of the province and gave during the workshop a number of lectures by specialists from the Faculty of Agriculture and distributed some pamphlets and posters on the subject of the workshop, Doll (agriculture, irrigation, municipal and health ...) to the districts and the areas of Hit and al-Baghdadi and Barwana, modern and large gathering of citizens and farmers. There was extensive discussion of the problem of the spread of this insect has been proposed a set of solutions and recommendations that would reduce this problem that harm the human, animal and the environment.
In the end, the attendees thanked the Anbar University and the College of Agriculture for their efforts and effective and quick cooperation to provide scientific and technical services to the people of the province.
