Division of Documents and Certificates

 

Responsibility of the Department of Documentations and Certifications

 

1. Setting up and preparing uniform samples of wall certificates and graduation certificates which are certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2- Approving and issuing certificates which are accompanied and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after they have been organized and prepared by the College and University according to the following types:

 

- Certificate in Arabic.

 - Certificate in English.

- Certificate without grades in English.

- Certificate without grades in Arabic.

- Wall certificate

 

3. Asking a member of staff of the Department to certify the documents and the wall certificates in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and return them after completion.

4- Verify the issuance of documents, wall certificates and directives issued by the College, which are received by the Presidency of the University by different Ministries and Offices from inside and outside of Iraq as well as the Arab and international organizations.

5- Follow up the keeping and organizing of graduation certificates in the Colleges and institutes in accordance with the official Instructions.
