((Study of microbial diversity causes caesarean operations wound infection in Ramadi city women)).

The study aimed to investigate the bacterial diversity of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria that cause inflammation of the surgical site for emergency and non-emergency caesarean sections. The total number of isolates was 94, and they were divided into 74 isolates for emergency caesarean section and 20 isolates for non-emergency caesarean section. Aerobic and anaerobic bacteria were diagnosed on biochemical tests, and finally diagnosed by VITEK 2 device. The results showed a difference in measuring sensitivity and resistance of aerobic and anaerobic bacterial isolates to antibiotics. The effect of prophylaxis on reducing inflammation of the surgical site for emergency and non-emergency caesarean sections.
