((Isolation and Identification of Aerobic and Anaerobic microbiota from Conjunctivitis Patients))

The study included isolation and identifecation of aerobic and anaerobic microbiota from conjunctivitis patients in Ramadi .The results showed the soverrignty of staphylococcus aureus Candida albicans and  identification viruses.lsolates were subjected to sensitivity examine to 13 antibiotics and show Tetracycline 100% effects to most isolates . Diagnostic by Vitek2 compact system .PCR used to showed presents mec A gene to Beta lactams resistance in staphylococcus aureus and presents rpo B as varulance factors in staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus Schleiferi and nuc gene in  staphylococcus aureus.The results confirmed the readings the bases sequences of the Mec A gene and rpo B  gene and comparing them with the reference bases sequences in the gene bank .Two of staphylococcus aureus strains were recorded at the NCBI with title SAZ and Accession number LC632936 for rpo B and SAZ  with accessories number LC632937 .The query cover 100% and identity 100% and E.value  was zero for all isolates.
