The current study aims to study a prevalence of H pylori infection in Mitral Valve Prolapse participants by three methods, estimate INF-γ & IL-6, detect genes. At first, all participants were from the gastro-intestinal and Cardiology department of Al Fallujah Teaching Hospital and Al Ramadi Teaching Hospital, during period started from 1st September in 2020 to 1st April 2021. The total number of cases was 100. First 50 cases had Mitral Valve prolapse pre-diagnosed, other 50 cases as a control group without Mitral Valve Prolapse. their ages range from 10 to 70 year. All of them were suffered from gastric inflammation, bloating, nausea and burping. All participation don‘t has any PPIs, Antibiotic and NASID before tested. The diagnostic methods are Stool antigen test, C14 Urea breath test and Serum antibody test. Estimate INF-γ, IL-6 by ELISA. For real time PCR All positive stool samples for MVP participation were freezing for gene detection.
