((Preparation of GaN/PS Nano-Heterojunction via Pulsed Laser Deposition Assisted with High Vacuum Evaporation))

The Study aims to prepare GaN/PS ,GaN/Si, GaN/Quartz thin films on the bases of Silicon, porous silicon and quartz Substrates by the method of pulse laser deposition where the synthetic, optical and morphological properties of the prepared thin films were studied and used in the manufacture of ammonia gas sensor (NH3). The effect of temperature and of the of gas concentration on sensor performance was studied when using aluminum electrodes, as the results showed that the thin film are of high sensitivity.
