(( Structural, optical, and electrical properties of PVA/PANI thin films reinforced with CuCl2 ))

   In this work, by using the casting method, thin-films of PANI-PVA polymeric mixture compounds are prepared with the addition of  nanoparticles of various concentrations (CuCl₂). In addition the study of the structural, optical and electrical properties of the polymeric mixture and the study of the effect of nanoparticles with a different focus on these properties due to their importance now. Probably the prepared thin films are used in electrical and optical applications by modifying their properties, and switching from insulating materials to semiconducting or conductive materials. In addition to providing a mixture of different physical properties such as, lightweight, toughness, flexibility and durability for external conditions and their use in some electronic applications.
