Important announcement for postgraduate students
To the applicants for postgraduate studies covered by the expansion in the College of Science, University of Anbar for the academic year 2021-2022 whose names are included in the attached lists herewith, we would like to inform you of the following:
The applicants nominated below should review the college on Sunday and Monday and confirm their job position and make sure that their status has not changed such as appointment, travel, unwillingness to study or withdraw.
- Handing over the files to those who had previously withdrawn them to the Graduate Studies Unit in the Deanship of the College, in three copies, as well as those who did not withdraw them, copying them in three copies.
The candidates whose names are listed below must submit requests to cancel their postgraduate studies for the current year 2021-2022 in the event that they apply for postgraduate studies a second time.
- Reviewing the Department of Security Permits and Legal Commitments, and direct registration within a week after the issuance of the university order, and postponing their studies for the next academic year.
- He who fails to proceed shall cancel his acceptance and replace him.
