The main objectives of this thesis are to apply a cold plasma method for the synthesis of chromium and nickel nanoparticles, and study their biological activity on some types of pathogenic bacteria, and assess cytotoxic potency for both synthesized nanoparticles, and evaluate the biocompatibility for those NPs on human normal cells lines.
