 In the past two countries, the world witnessed giant crises ,it is revolution biotechnology which was progressed remarkably bypassing its difficult beginning  and every light of it has been based on pioneering scientific discoveries which humankind has transformed into technology which were a dream and have.

Biotechnology can be express using several terms, of which biotechnology .this term meaning meant the combination of technology and biotechnology and its defined as dealing with biological organism at the container and subcellular level in order to benefit as much as possible .it is possible from an industrial ,economic and agriculture point of view ,with the aim of imprpving the genetic characteristics ,therefore biotechnology stores focus on  methods and best techniques of gene transfer from living traitor to an order to modify a trait .

According to the global revolution in biotechnology .The  most important of them is green biotechnology . Green Biotechnology is the application of biotechnological technique on plant, Green biotechnology is mainly based on knowledge related to the functioning of genomes and plants. Today’s  genetic engineering  techniques make it  possible to transfer certain genes from the one type of plant to another .presented objective :to improve in a targeted manner the resistance of plants as well as with virus . The use of biotechnology in the field of agriculture and plant such as transferring some genes that make plants tolerant of temperature  and other ambient factors and doubling the amount of agriculture crops and production .

Green biotechnology  deals with the use of environmentally-friendly solutions as an alternative to traditional agriculture, horticulture, and animal breeding processes. An example is the designing of transgenic plants that are modified for improved flavor, for increased resistance to pests and diseases, or for enhanced growth in adverse weather conditions. Genetically enhanced crops are one tool that could contribute to a more harmonious balance between food production and our surrounding environment.

The applications of green biotechnology : Green biotechnology which is more commonly known as Plant Biotechnology is a rapidly expanding field within Modern biotechnology. Use of environment friendly and cost effective alternatives to industrial chemicals such as bio fuels, bio fertilizers and bio pesticides are not only resulting in enhanced crop output, improvement in health and safety standards, these new products are also leading to less environment pollution and use of green technology.

Agricultural Biotechnology: refers to the application of biotechnology techniques in crop improvement. Today Agricultural biotechnology encompasses the following main areas of research and application, Plant tissue culture, Plant genetic engineering, Environmental Biotechnology, and Bio-fertilizer
