Dr. Nofal Musharraf Hardan, is a professor at the University of Anbar -College of Law and Political Science/Department of Law. His specialization in private law - civil law, he got a bachelor's degree from the University of Baghdad College of Law in 1999 as well as a master's degree in private law from Babylon University in 2004, and a doctorate from the Lebanese University / Lebanon.
