 Within the framework of cooperation between Iraqi universities, assistant professor Dr.( Bilal Kamel Odeh) participated in a committee to discuss a master's thesis at Tikrit University/Faculty of management and economics for a student ( Safa Ahmed Mohammed ) about his thesis entitled (analysis of the mutual relationship between the spectrum of academic cooperation and means of reducing the knowledge gap)
