In solidarity with the Palestinian cause, the College of Science - Anbar University, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit in the college, organized a festival in solidarity with the Palestinian people with the participation of a number of college teachers and students under the slogan “Palestine is our cause” on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in the college courtyards. The festival included An exhibition of artistic paintings that embodied the suffering of the Palestinian people, drawn by the fingers of college students, and also a special pavilion representing the map of Palestine, the Palestinian cities, and their most important historical landmarks. This is to consolidate it in the minds of our generations, and to prevent the Jews from trying to change the names of these cities. The festival also included a campaign to boycott products that support the occupation, and to introduce students and urge them on the necessity of boycotting every product that supports them.
