Scientific workshop on pollution of river water and sediments
Today, Tuesday,(7/5/2024), the Women’s Affairs and Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Units at the College of Science organized a scientific workshop entitled “Pollution of River Water and Its Sediments and How to Calculate Ecological and Health Risks.”
The workshop, in which Professor Dr. Imad Abdel Rahman Mohamed Saleh, Dr. Oran Moneim Saud, and Dr. Ahmed Sobhi Yahya lectured, aims to raise community awareness about the importance of preserving river water from pollution and inform attendees of the risks of river water pollution to the environment and health, in addition to introducing attendees to how to calculate the ecological and health risks of pollution.
