This study aimed to identify the genes responsible for the production of Enterobacter outer membrane proteins, which are responsible for bacterial virulence.

The study proved the existence of genes responsible for the outer membrane genes responsible for the pathogenicity of that bacteria. It is considered one of the important pathogenic bacteria responsible for hospital infections. It is one of the first important studies at Anbar University to investigate virulence factors.

  After extensive discussion by the committee members with the student about the topic of her thesis, the thesis was accepted.
