The conference was organized by the National Security Advisory/ “National Committee for Combating Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism” in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The discussion session was presided over by Prof. Dr. Thaer Shaker Mahmoud, Director of the Center for Strategic Studies. It took place at the Anbar Governorate Office on Sunday, October 8, 2023.
