Visit to the Council of Governorate of Anbar

Together with a high-level delegation from the University of Anbar, the Centre for Strategic Studies visited Eng.  Omar Meshaan al-Dabbous, the chairman of the Anbar provincial council. The Centre was represented by Prof. Dr. Thaer Shaker Mahmoud al-Hiti, the center's director, and Asst. Prof.  Dr. Abdulaziz Khader Abbas, the president of the university's public relations advisor. The meeting included a discussion of several important topics, most notably the role of the Centre for Strategic Studies in providing insights and solutions to several problems in the governorate. The participants reaffirmed their willingness to work together and coordinate efforts in order to guarantee a brighter future.
