Discussion of a master's thesis in the Department of Physics

Master's thesis in the Department of Physics on ((Studying the physical properties of titanium dioxide TiO2 nanocoatings using Bruce's model and characteristic matrix theory within the ultraviolet spectral region 10-400nm))

The postgraduate student in the Physics Department (Sarah Ahmed Hegab) had discussed her thesis tagged below on Thursday morning, corresponding to 7/21/2022:

(Studying the physical properties of titanium dioxide TiO2 nanocoatings using Bruce's model and characteristic matrix theory within the 10-400nm ultraviolet spectral region)

The aim of the thesis is to study the physical properties of titanium dioxide coatings at different nanoparticle sizes within the ultraviolet spectral region (10-400nm). The density of carriers) of titanium dioxide with a change in the size of its nanoparticles, which is calculated by the effective mass approximation model method. The research also aims to calculate the quantitative seizure energy of TiO2 coatings. After extensive discussion by the committee members with the student, the thesis was accepted.
