The President of Anbar University receives the President and members of Wasit University Council and sign a memorandum of scientific cooperation
The President of Anbar University, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Taleb Saleh Al-Nada, President of Wasit University, Ad. Mazen Hassan Jassim Al-Hasani, and his accompanying delegation received the deans of the faculties of medicine, engineering and law, and the director of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department at Wasit University. The signing of this agreement between the two universities is to strengthen the frameworks of cooperation between the two universities and to raise the word of science in our beloved Iraq.
In turn, the President of Wasit University expressed his overwhelming happiness to be among his family in Ramadi, stressing that the two universities are ancient, and this is a very important indicator in their scientific and research career, stressing the depth of the benefit achieved due to the scientific status of Anbar University, which is included in most international classifications and in advanced centers. We are working on exchanging visits and forming A team working in partnership with other universities to benefit from research to serve the two cities.

A brief presentation about the University of Anbar was presented by Dr. Duraid Muayyad Al-Hadithi, Director of the Cultural Relations Division at the University Presidency.
On the sidelines of the visit, a memorandum of scientific cooperation was signed between the two universities in order to enhance cooperation frameworks between them, exchange experiences, give lectures, conduct joint research according to research requirements, and participate in supervising theses and postgraduate theses. Theses, scientific periodicals and research results in scientific fields, as well as the two contracting parties exchanged student delegations on scientific and cultural visits, and organized closed circuit television between the university on common scientific topics. After that, gifts and shields were exchanged between the presidents of the two universities.
After that, the President of the University and the visiting delegation toured the university site, where they inspected the Center for Desert Studies, the Center for Renewable Energy, and the Computer Center at the university, expressing their admiration for the urban and scientific achievements of Anbar University at the same time.
The signing ceremony of the agreement from the University of Anbar was attended by the assistant president of the university for scientific affairs and the assistant president of the university for administrative affairs
