One of the joint researches published by the Director of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Center (UEBDC) Prof. Dr. Isam Mohammed Abdulhameed was chosen among the selected researches to take the lead of the front page of the published researches interface on the main website of Water Evaluation and Planning system WEAP on the net. WEAP is developed by the Stockholm Environment Institute's U.S. Center. The Water Evaluation and Planning system, or WEAP, aims to merge these issues into a practical yet robust tool for integrated water resources planning. Allocation of limited water resources between agricultural, municipal and environmental uses now requires the full integration of supply, demand, water quality and ecological considerations.
