The dean of Anbar University's Faculty of Arts and the director of the Center for Strategic Studies, Dr. "Thaer al-Hiti," signed a referendum in this area as part of the Center's ongoing efforts to advance research and scientific collaboration on a national and worldwide scale.The parties signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation to advance the research and scientific field at the local and international levels after extensive discussions on the significance of creating scientific research and research teams as well as launching a collaborative mechanism that unites the Anbar University Center for Strategic Studies and the Faculty of Arts in organizing scientific conferences and seminars.
