The goal of the message was to enable the government to complete pending residential complex projects by choosing the best financing method for residential complex projects and developing an optimal model to obtain maximum profit.
The AHP was used to measure the weight of the factors affecting the selection of the best financing methods.
A profit optimization model is designed to help the government reduce the financing deficit. The proposed model was developed using the third optimization algorithms (Genetic Algorithm (GA), Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP), and (GA - SQP) algorithm), using MATLAB programming. After that, a program was developed to manage the financing process for residential complexes using the proposed algorithms with the aim of obtaining the best Profitable during the financing process, the developed software was examined using real-life case studies and submitted for evaluation by experts
