A seminar for graduate students in the Department of Civil Engineering - College of Engineering - Anbar University
The Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering - Anbar University, in the presence of the honorable Head of the Department, Professor Ahmed Tariq Noman, and within the activities of postgraduate students {first semester} for the academic year 2023/2024, organized a discussion panel today, Tuesday, 12/12/2023, under the title:

A summary of the research was presented, which aims to create lightweight, hollow load-bearing building blocks made of foam concrete to reduce loads and reduce the thermal conductivity of buildings by producing hollow building blocks with a cavity rate of 30% of the total size of the building unit, in traditional and hexagonal shapes, as well as adopting mechanical bonding and mortar techniques.
The seminar was attended by the Graduate Studies Committee, the Scientific Committee, and a number of faculty members and graduate students for the research and preparatory year stages in the department.
