Department of Civil Engineering - Faculty of Engineering - Anbar University in the presence of a. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jumaili Dean of the College and within the scientific and cultural curriculum (Chapter II) for the academic year 2017/2018 seminar seminar entitled:

Construction management performance enhancement through TQM concept based on SWOT analysis.

On the session a. M . Dr. Akram Shaker Mahmoud Head of Civil Engineering Department.

The lecture was delivered by the teacher Saadi Shurtouh Sharqhi, who focused on presenting the most important problems, successes, opportunities and challenges faced by the management of construction projects, and finding a strong strategy to overcome them.

The seminar was attended by the Chairman and members of the Scientific Committee and all the faculty members in the department and graduate students for the research and preparatory year.
