Workshop organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering on the lines of electric transmission

In order to raise the scientific of the College of Engineering and its students and transfer the experience of graduates of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Scientific and Field to the new students organized the department and in the presence of a. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jumaili Dean of the College Workshop entitled:

(Equipment protectors and external transport lines)

On Tuesday, 24/4/2018 at the hall of the Department of Electrical Engineering.

The session was presided over by Dr. Muhannad Fayad Al-Aslaj, Head of the Department and a Rapporteur, "Dr. Ahmed Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Scientific Committee in the Department.

 During which the lecturer Eng. Ali Adel Rafa graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Associate in the Directorate General for the transfer of electric power / Euphrates Supreme lecture included three main axes:

* The first axis : -

 Provide an introduction to the protection devices and their importance in maintaining electrical equipment and appliances and their main components.

* The second axis: -

  Addressing the standards of design of protective devices and their areas as well as "to explain the types of protection and backup and main protectors lines and nutrients and protection of the broad specifications of the types of handouts.

* The third axis: -

Open the discussion between the lecturers and the attendees to make some important observations in support of the subject and take positive suggestions.

The workshop was attended by members of the scientific committee, a number of teachers, engineers and a group of students.

 At the end of the workshop, the lecturer was honored for his efforts in delivering the lecture and delivering important information through his practical and field experience to the audience with a certificate of appreciation and a book of thanks and appreciation.
