College Council holds its seventh session for the academic year 2017/2018

The Council of the Faculty of Engineering, Anbar University, held its seventh session for the academic year 2017/2018 at the College's headquarters on Monday, April 23, 2018 under the chairmanship of a. Dr. Ibrahim Al Jumaili Dean of the College and the presence of all members.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees and wished them success in their work.

The minutes of the meeting included the following:

1. Discuss the directives of the Honorable President of the University during the session of the Seventh Council of the University.

2. Follow up the work of the examination committees on the completion of all the requirements of the final examinations in coordination with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs.

3. Completion of all test rooms in the scientific departments and equipping them with cooling methods, so that the surplus may be used by the university.

4. Discussing the discussion (graduation projects) for students of the completed stages of the college.

5. Discuss the proposal to develop the laboratory unit in the college.

6. A proposal was submitted to nominate the graduating class for the academic year 2017/2018 by the university presidency in the name of (loyalty to the martyrs).

The Board session also included the hosting of a. M . Dr. Jumaa Awad Al Sumaida'i, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, to discuss a number of issues related to the requirements of the Division from scientific departments.
