Department of Civil Engineering - Faculty of Engineering - Anbar University under the supervision of a. M . Dr. Amir Abdulrahman Hilal, Dean of the College, a field visit to the students of the fourth stage to the building of the project (water Ramadi Al Kabir) Sunday, 9/12/2018.

The students were introduced to all stages of water treatment starting from "points of water withdrawal from the river" through treatment units (rapid mixing ponds, sedimentation ponds, sand filters, sterilization stages, and high pressure pumps).
He also briefed the students on the plant's on-site laboratory, which is concerned with assessing the quality of the water coming out of the station and ensuring its quality and compliance with the specifications through conducting chemical and bacteriological tests on it.
The students listened to a detailed explanation of the work of the station presented by Eng. Mahmoud Salem Mahdi and Eng. Abdul Musadq Khashan and the senior technical observer at the station.
The visit was attended by the director of the water of Anbar province at the station «Eng. Ibrahim Meddoul» very much welcomed »students and wished them success and success in their academic career.
At the end of the visit, the teachers and students presented their thanks and appreciation to the engineers supervising the project for their explanation and information about the station and wish them success in their work.
