The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the return of the Marqneh students in their preliminary studies as of the academic year 2009/2010 up to their seats in universities.

The Director General of the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, Dr. Ehab Naji Abbas, said that the ministry approved the return of students Almmarqneh restrictions due to absence or failure (phase materials or transit materials) and a test from the academic year 2009/2010 upwards and for all stages to be direct to the school year Coming 2019/2020.

The director general said that the ministry excluded the students from their decision to boycott the students due to cheating, forgery or disciplinary penalties, as well as students who restricted their restrictions based on their requests and enrolled in the evening or private studies, special government education and the Sunni and Shiite waqfs and students outside Iraq. Or institutes with an ethnic border.
