The workshop included the following:

 The workshop was opened by identifying the leaders for change - lraq with an overview of the participants workshop agenda.

Understanding the basics of entrepreneurship and who is the owner of the project and how to start the project STARTUR with an explanation of the concept of DESIGN THINKING and work on it.

Introducing ideas at the local and international level.

• Divide the participants into teams, work on the business plan model and design structure, introduce pilot projects at the local level through the Business Model Model for participants and how to work on them as an integral part of the project, define each part and function, and work the participants on the scheme of their ideas.
