Seminar on graduate students' research - Master's degree by the Department of Civil Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering - Faculty of Engineering - Anbar University, within the framework of its weekly scientific activities for the academic year 2019/2018 and in the presence of a. M . Production and study the effect of nanoclay on characteristics of self - compacting concrete.

Search submitted by a. Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Al-Jumaili in partnership with Eng. Dr. Nahla Naji Hilal.

The objective of the research is to study the possibility of producing nanotubes from local materials and to use them in the production of self-concrete concrete to improve their mechanical properties. This material is used as substitutes for cement at specific rates to reduce the amount of cement and thus reduce the cost.

(Impact of Sustainable Transportation Standards on Road Hierarchy in Ramadi)

For the researcher a. M . Dr. Thaer Shaker Mahmoud, Director of the Center for Strategic Studies.

The study dealt with how to apply the criteria of sustainable transport in the hierarchy of roads in the city of Ramadi because of the city's traffic problems in the field of transport and roads and the modern orientation to solve the problems of the implementing bodies of the university and the Faculty of Engineering, where the research is applied research that serve the Anbari community.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry emphasizes the provision of successful students in the first round of the subjects of their messages in order to optimize the use of time with the investment of all efforts in the service of society and openness to the relevant departments and companies.

The seminar was attended by the head of the civil engineering department, members of the scientific committee, a number of faculty members in the department and graduate students for the research and preparatory years.
