Seminar for Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering Teachers

The Department of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering was organized in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Nafea Awad, Head of the Department and within the curriculum of his scientific activities for the academic year 2019/2018. Chapter II Seminar for the professors of the department under the title:

(Plastic industry and its impact on the environment and human health)

How the plastic industry started through history and its development after the discovery of oil and gas, the main sources of this important industry through obtaining polymers for the production of various types of plastics. The research also addressed the damage caused by this industry to the environment and human health and how to treat it.

The seminar was attended by members of the scientific committee and a number of teachers and students of the fourth stage in the department.
